"Dear Rotary Team
Thank you once again for your continued support of the EVAC project. We wanted to provide you with an update on the progress we are making.
We are currently in the process of searching for suitable vehicles for the project. As you can imagine, finding cars that meet the required specifications in terms of model, condition, and price takes some time. We estimate that this process will take around 1.5 to 2 months.
Following the vehicle selection, the next phase will involve preparing the necessary paperwork for the purchase and the transportation of the cars to Ukraine for rebuilding and conversion into casevacks. This step may take up to a month.
Once the vehicles arrive in Ukraine, there is a queue for the conversion process, which will add some additional time to the timeline. As a result, we anticipate that the entire process may take approximately 4 to 5 months.
We are fully committed to moving this project forward, and we will send you detailed reports, including photos, as we did last time, showing the progress and the work done.
